Trainee Steward/ Stewards/ Stewardess

Key Responsibilities:

  • Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and cooking equipment.
  • Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas, including floors, tables, and countertops.
  • Assist in food preparation and service as needed.
  • Dispose of waste and recyclables according to established procedures.
  • Monitor and restock supplies, notifying management of any shortages.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient operation.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous experience in a kitchen or stewarding role is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
  • Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy items as needed.
