Trainee Hostess/ Hostess

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests as they arrive.
  • Manage reservations and seating arrangements.
  • Escort guests to their tables and present menus.
  • Provide information about the restaurant's menu and specials.
  • Maintain a clean and organized entrance and waiting area.
  • Assist with managing waitlists and communicate wait times to guests.
  • Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Friendly demeanor and a positive attitude.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
