Supervisors

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and train food and beverage staff to ensure high service standards.
  • Monitor daily operations and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Assist with scheduling, staffing, and inventory management.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate menu items and specials.
  • Conduct regular inspections of dining areas to maintain cleanliness and organization.
  • Prepare reports on service quality, staff performance, and inventory levels.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality management degree is preferred.
  • Previous experience in food and beverage service, with supervisory experience a plus.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
