Community Guidelines

At Golden Island Hospitality Pvt Ltd. (Majestic Pride Casino) (the “Company”), we are committed to providing a safe and enjoyable environment for all our guests. To maintain a positive and respectful community, we prohibit the use of abusive language, violent behaviour, use / distribution of contraband substances. This policy outlines the guidelines and consequences for violating rules formulated in this regard.

1. Prohibited Conduct

Abusive Language: Guests are prohibited from using abusive, offensive, threatening, or harassing language while at our premises. This includes, but is not limited to, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, racism, personal attacks, and bullying behaviour. Guests are prohibited from posting, sharing any content on our website and other social media platforms that depicts dangerous acts, self-injury, or suicide, nor provide any content that encourages other people to engage in such activities.

Contraband Substances: Guests are prohibited from the use, transportation, or possession of illegal drugs or narcotics (including marijuana) or of any other contraband, or the participation in any other anti-national or unlawful activity is strictly prohibited.

Harmful and Dangerous Entities: Guests from terrorist and criminal organisations are strictly prohibited from visiting our facilities. Guests are strictly prohibited from using Majestic Pride Website/Social media platforms to promote or support such organisations or individuals. Guests are strictly prohibited from using Majestic Pride Website to sell or encourage the use of weapons, bombs, drugs, or any other regulated goods prohibited by local laws.

Using proceeds of crime/using of casino for money laundering: Guests are prohibited from purchase of gaming chips, food and beverage and other services from proceeds of crime. Guests are further prohibited to purchase chips and encashing subsequently to convert proceeds of crime into legitimate winnings from the casino.

Other prohibited activities:

  • Interference with Majestic Pride operations, hacking its online applications/website or API, or bypass its measures to restrict user’s access.
  • Try to make illegal profits and harm the interests of the facilities by any other way to circumvent the rules of the facilities.
  • Distribution of files that contain viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs, or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful.
  • Maliciously apply for a refund after purchase of tickets or chips which will cause losses to the Company.
  • Pretend to be Majestic Pride officials to trick guests into making a fake purchase, etc.
  • Usage of bug to implement behaviours that benefit, damage the game environment, or adversely affect other players.
  • Conduct account, ticket or gift transactions with others without authorization.
  • Usage of automated scripts to collect information from Majestic Pride Website and its associated websites/ online applications.
  • Printing, using, selling or circulating fake entry tickets, gaming chips, discount coupons, OTP, MPC, liquor coupons.
  • Purchase of tickets and other services through channels that are not officially authorised by Majestic Pride Group.

2. Enforcement

Reporting: Guests who encounter abusive language or prohibited conduct are encouraged to report it to our front desk, security team or club managers. Reports can be submitted through the websites using the “Contact us” feature or by contacting our call centre.

Investigation: Upon receiving a report, our moderation team will promptly investigate the alleged violation. This may involve reviewing CCTV/video feeds, logs/records and interviewing the relevant people.

Action: If a guest is found to have violated our policy on abusive language or prohibited action, appropriate action will be taken. This may include warning the guest, temporary suspension of privileges, removal of the individual from the premises, reporting to the authority or permanent ban from entering the premise, depending on the severity of the violation, in question.

3. Appeal Process

Guests who believe they have been unfairly penalised for violating our policy may appeal the decision by contacting our front desk team. Appeals will be reviewed by our moderation team, and appropriate action will be taken based on the outcome of the review.

4. User Responsibility

All guests are responsible for their conduct while using our premise. By agreeing to our Terms of Service, guests agree to abide by our policy on abusive language and prohibited conduct. Failure to comply with these rules may result in disciplinary action, up to and including permanent ban.
