Trainee Hostess/ Hostess
Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests as they arrive.

Manage reservations and seating arrangements.

Escort guests to their tables and present menus.

Provide information about the restaurant's menu and specials.

Maintain a clean and organized entrance and waiting area.

Assist with managing waitlists and communicate wait times to guests.

Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
